A Garden Lunch to Remember

Your midday meal unfolds as a gentle journey across the farm—each course thoughtfully placed in a setting that reflects its spirit.

First Course At the Lake

The air carries the warm, smoky scent of an open fire. Here, we prepare charred chicken over real charcoal, allowing the flames to kiss the meat and create a deep, rustic flavor. It is paired with slow-roasted sweet potatoes and bright citrus, all nestled atop a bed of orzo and olives. The dish is finished in a parchment envelope, where the ingredients mingle and soften together—capturing the essence of fire, earth, and orchard in every bite.

Second Course Japanese Garden

In the quiet beauty of the Japanese Garden, you'll be served a delicate toasted buckwheat custard. Inspired by traditional Japanese flavors, this small, savory indulgence is rich and comforting. Freshly toasted buckwheat is infused into warm cream, creating a deeply nutty aroma that lingers in the air and a silky custard that feels both refined and grounding.

Third Course The Peony Field

Finally, among the blooms in the peony field, your meal becomes playful and vibrant. Crisp romaine leaves form natural bowls, filled with layers of fresh vegetables—sweet peppers, radish, tomato, and cucumber—finished with a bright garlic-lime crema. Each salad is adorned with delicate peony petals, bringing color, beauty, and a sense of place to your plate.

This is more than lunch—it's a sensory experience, woven through the landscapes of the farm.
